It’s not just about injection-moulding plastic
Quick-Set has a patented system for the automatic application of tube end-fittings for faster, cleaner and more reliable production. We ourselves manufacture the semi-automatic and fully-automatic machines used for installing end-fittings with our unique plastic plugs on bands.
Setting blocks for glazing, which hold the insulating glass in place in window frames, are another of our major lines. With our wide range of standard and special blocks, we are one of the market leaders in Europe.
We also undertake injection moulding on a subcontract basis, where our modern machinery, 25 years’ experience and solid know-how make us a strong partner. In our workshop, we have over 20 injection moulding machines, which can mould items up to 150 grams.
