Ratpol
Ratpol was established in 2005 and offers comprehensive metalworking services using modern production technologies. Its core offerings include:
- LASER CUTTING - super fast and precise 12 kW machine and 4 kW.
- BENDING - precision press brakes up to 290 tons and 3,2 m long, also robotic, a total of 5 machines.
- CNC MACHINING - 20 modern machine tools.
- WELDING - we specialize in precision constructions weighing up to 2 tons made of black and stainless steel, a total of 10 positions.
We provide surface treatments such as painting and galvanizing with the support of many important partners.
Ratpol delivers finished metal parts and assemblies for multiple industries, including Sweden, Germany and Denmark.
Production is organized on over 3000 m2, plus warehouses are about 1500 m2.
To ensure quality, we are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 3834.
It employs 60 people.
The company utilizes MONITOR ERP, an integrated system that supports production, inventory management, financial operations, and sustainability initiatives.
Ratpol delivers finished metal parts and assemblies for multiple industries, including countries such as Sweden, Germany and Denmark.
