DCS Cleantech’s workshop delivers fast, reliable turnaround on medium‑heavy one‑offs and small series, combining welding, machining, assembly, testing and surface treatment under one roof — backed by 40+ years of industrial know‑how.

What we do best

• End‑to‑end manufacturing & repairs. From cutting and welding to CNC/manual machining, assembly and test‑runs — we take parts from blanks to fully tested sub‑assemblies. We work across a wide material range, including aluminium, carbon steels, duplex and heat‑resistant grades.

• Heavy handling capability. We can handle components up to 20 tonnes during assembly, welding and boring.

• Rotating equipment expertise. On‑site balancing of fans, impellers and other rotating equipment, plus bearing analyses and maintenance.

• In‑house finishing. Abrasive blasting and wet painting in our own paint shop; passivation and phosphating via qualified partners; seaworthy packing available.

Selected capacity highlights (from the workshop brochure, p.2)

• Turning: Centers up to Ø 850 × 10,000 mm; flange turning up to Ø 1,540 × 800 mm; two vertical lathes up to Ø 4,500 mm.

• Boring: 4× CNC horizontal borers (travels X 4,000 / Y 2,500 / Z 2,000 mm); 3× manual borers (X 1,600 / Y 1,250 / Z 1,600 mm).

• Balancing: Rotors up to Ø 2,000 mm / 3,000 kg.

• Plate & sheet: Oxy‑fuel cutting to 300 mm; stainless plasma cutting to 60 mm; guillotine shearing 12 mm × 3,100 mm; plate rolling 12 mm × 3,000 mm; press brake 200 t × 3,000 mm.

• Welding & assembly: 10 MIG/TIG/stick machines; 8 positioners up to 1,500 kg each.

• Facilities: ~3,000 m² production area, 9 m free height, 5 bridge cranes (including 2 × 10 t in the welding hall).

• ISO 9001:2015 quality management and ISO 3834‑2 certified welding. Certificates available on request.
