Complete manufacturing is a combination of manufacturing and assembling.
Complete manufacturing contains several different components, such as machined parts, sheet metal components and electronics. The supplier, who delivers a final product, has to be skilled in all areas of manufacturing.
Many workshops has separate divisions for this kind of manufacturing, and usually they do some parts in-house. However, it is common that subcomponents are purchased from subcontractors. For example, it is possible to purchase electronics, machined parts and sheet metal work, and then do the final assembly. When everything is assembled, the product is delivered to the final customer.
The suppliers that do complete manufacturing has experience of working with large and complicated projects, and the logistic to make it work.
