The combination of our unique, dynamic turbocharger flow bench “Turbo Test” with high-speed core balancing machine (VSR) enables you to recondition all models of passenger car and light-duty truck turbochargers.

Flow bench:

• First-class, Swiss made, industrial flow meters, turbocharger in-car orientation, static or dynamic turbine section mass flow measurement with rotor speed validation, pressure ratio measurement under load at high rotational speed, compressor section volume flow measurement and REA programming ensure proper calibration of Wastegate turbochargers, early VNT turbochargers as well as the most advanced turbochargers with electric actuator which require high-precision settings.
  

High-speed core assembly balancing machine:

• CMT – 48 VSR has been designed for high-speed balancing of core assembly of passenger car and light-duty truck turbocharger. It is used for checking whether there is any unwanted dynamic phenomenon of rotor at high rotational speed value e.g. the flexural of shaft by moment of force. Balancing in full range of rotational speed extends lifespan of turbocharger and eliminates undesirable effect of whistling.
