erection, repair, design and maintenance service.

- Certificate of manufacturer’s production control for metal structures in accordance with EN 1090-2 EXC3;

- Certificate of manufacture of pressure pipelines according to the module A2 of EC Pressure equipment directive 2014/68 EU.
Iremas is a member of LINPRA (Engineering and Technology Industries Association of Lithuania).
Significant latest investments in machinery in 2025:
- 5-axis VMC to vertical machining center DVF8000, 1000x900x685mm
- Large size high performance and heavy-duty VT1100, max. turning Ø 1100mm, max. length-960mm.

Various metal products, metal processing and works according to client’s
drawings: turning (up to Ø1200 mm, length 8000 mm; Ø2500 mm, length
1000 mm), milling; shaping; drilling; polishing; tooth milling and
shaping.
Welding works of wide range of steels and nonferrous metals:
- covered-electrode arc welding;
- fusible electrode arc welding in active
gas;
- wolfram electrode arc welding in inert gas.
Thermal and
thermochemical processing in chamber and shaft furnaces of length up to
2000 mm: tempering; carbonisation; nitriding.
Thermal processing of
parts with high frequency currents; Chromium plating of parts with
length up to 2000 mm.
